Telesales Account Manager
Hatton Textiles are seeking a Telesales Account Manager
Qualifications
- Educated to at least A level.
Computer Knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and CRM databases.
Duties:
- Ongoing management of existing accounts via the telephone and increase organic growth.
- Cold calling to generate new business.
- Diary management and appointment booking for sales team.
- Generating leads, preparing quotations and closing sales.
- Ability to cross and up-sell.
- To contact each customer on a regular and managed basis ie; monthly
The person.
- Quick thinker.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Ability to spot an opportunity and close sales.
- Customer care skills
- Dispute resolution skills
- Clearly spoken with a good telephone manner and a good command of the English Language.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge or experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales Promotion Industry
- Advertising and Marketing
- Corporate Uniforms
- Bespoke / custom made textiles
- Corporate / graphic design and branding.
- Second language, preferably French or Spanish.
Hours.
Monday to friday 9.00 to 5.30
Additional hours where required to complete duties.
Occassional overnight travelling for trade shows.
Package
Generous basic salary with commission.
